Use categories in Outlook to manage tasks, and avoid back-to-back meetings

On Wednesday 19 June at 11am (meeting room 5, open-sided room), IT Services will show you how to use Outlook features to organise your tasks and plan your meeting time. You will learn how to use colours and categories to prioritise your work, block and colour your time to communicate your availability, and use the ‘show as’ feature.

You will also get tips on how to avoid consecutive meetings, schedule time for preparation and follow-up, and manage your time effectively. This is an drop-in session, so no need to book. If you want an invitation to reserve the time in your calendar, please message Fiona (fp57).
