We will also look at how to avoid back to back meetings, scheduling preparation time before meetings, and follow up time after meetings, to help manage your availability and time.
Organise meeting notes, minutes and actions using Microsoft 365

The session will focus on how to use Microsoft Teams channels, Microsoft loop components and OneNote integration in meetings.
We will explore how you can use collaboration tools before, during and after meetings to help cut down email traffic, linking dedicated OneNote notebooks to specific meetings and working groups.
Organise and clean your files on OneDrive and Microsoft Teams
Meeting Room 5 – open-sided room 11:00 – 11:30 – this is a drop-in session, so no need to book.
