After a great session with colleagues in St Andrews yesterday, there are still a few spaces available for tomorrow’s cybersecurity workshop at Walter Bower House as part of Cyber Scotland Week.

Cyber Scotland Week brings people together to highlight current cyber risks, share practical advice and promote the steps we can all take to keep ourselves and the University secure.

Date: Thursday 25 February
Time: 10:30am to 11:30am
What to bring: Your laptop

Our cyber team have designed an interactive session filled with real‑world scenarios, code breaking, and a few unexpected twists. It’s a chance to test your cyber awareness and learn how criminals try to deceive organisations like ours.

Last year’s feedback included:
“Really great session – both fun and educational! Maybe the best (certainly most engaging!) training course I’ve experienced!”

This is a hands‑on workshop, so please bring your laptop. To reserve your place, sign up on University events or message Bethany on Teams (bcvm1).

You donut want to miss it. 🍩
