Add workflows in Teams – Wednesday 9 April at 11am
Join IT Services this Wednesday 9 April at 11am in meeting room 5 (open-sided room) to find out more about using workflows in Microsoft Teams.
Workflows let you automate repetitive tasks or processes that connect one or more apps to Teams – saving time for you and your team! Here are a few examples:
- Do you and colleagues have a regular report to update? Use workflows to send a reminder to relevant channels or group chats.
- If you’re about to go on holiday and need to follow up with specific colleagues, set up a ‘follow up on message‘ workflow to prompt you when you get back.
During the session, we’ll browse the templates available and set up a few popular ones.
