Meeting rooms

Walter Bower House has meeting rooms of various sizes and configurations available to book online.

Our meeting rooms are fully enabled with AV equipment and for audio and conference calling. Watch the meeting room guide to find out more about how to set up the technology in the WBH meeting rooms.

The conference room

The WBH conference room is found on the second floor and is available for larger meetings with a current maximum capacity of 30.

Both the conference room and meeting room 2 have dedicated areas for catering lay down.

The training room

The training room on the first floor can cater for formal training needs as a PC classroom.

Quiet rooms

Eight of our bookable rooms are dedicated quiet rooms. These have space for one or two people for periods of focused work. You can book a quiet room for up to three hours.

Informal areas

There are also many non-bookable informal areas available for impromptu meetings and catchups. This includes seating around the tea prep areas, project spaces and the café.
