Share Copilot prompts with your colleagues
Using Copilot during shared administrative processes can be a useful way to reduce repetitive manual work. Repeat tasks such as meeting preparation, summarising information or drafting communications often span multiple team members. So how can teams effectively share prompts between members for consistent results?
In this session, we’ll discuss simple and reliable ways to store and share useful prompts using tools already available in Microsoft 365. We’ll explore good practice for writing clear prompts, demonstrate ways teams can maintain a shared prompt library, and show how prompts can be embedded into agendas, channels or shared folders to support collaboration before, during and after meetings.
