As a staff member, you are invited to explore the Combined Studies degree programme – a flexible, part-time degree designed to give you work/life balance while furthering your education.
We will have a stall set up in the Walter Bower House foyer (next to the cafe entrance) on Tuesday 6 October 12-2pm, and we’d love for you to drop by, say hello, and learn more about this opportunity.
The MA Combined Studies programme is the perfect fit for those returning to education after a break, with no formal qualifications required. You can choose from a variety of subjects – English, Social Anthropology, IT, Management, History, Psychology, and more.
All classes are taught in the evenings by our academic staff. Whether you want to pursue the full degree or select individual modules for professional development, it’s a great chance to advance your knowledge and skills.
Benefits for Staff:
- Tuition fee of just £180 per year (2026-27 rate) for eligible staff members
- Full fee funding available for staff earning under £25,000 per year through SAAS part-time fee grant.
- Many of your colleagues from various departments are currently on the programme or have already graduated over the years!
